Praisercise, formerly known as CHAMPS, is a great way to get in a work-out and some worship! Join us on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings at 10am in The Well for a low-impact workout and worship! The easy to follow exercises are designed for those 55 and over but everyone is invited. The focus will be on increasing overall stamina, cardiovascular, muscle and core strength as well as agility and balance-no floor exercises!
